Camp Brosius Leadership Camp
In May 2024, I was fortunate enough to attend Camp Brosius, a leadership camp for IUI Kinesiology students on Elkhart Lake in Wisconsin. At Camp Brosius, I made friendships that will last a lifetime, while learning how to lead with patience and respect. At camp, I also lead others through activities while learning about myself and my Clifton Strengths.

Knowing what my strengths are has helped me become a stronger individual. Clifton Strengths is a quiz that asks specific questions in order to figure out your top 5 strengths out of 32 different options. I took the quiz and received my top 5 strength in order: Positivity, Responsibility, Discipline, Includer, and Woo (winning over others).
I feel that my top 5 themes describe the ways in which I think, feel, and behave as a unique individual very well. I am a natural born leader who puts others before herself and who can accomplish her goals and dreams because of being responsible and disciplined. I naturally tend to be a positive person, and I see the good in every person and every situation.

My personal leadership style is used in ways that motivate others while lifting them up by being positive. I have a natural ability to organize and execute plans while ensuring everyone feels included and valued. My leadership style combines a positive, people-centered approach while still having discipline. These skills help me create an environment where individuals feel motivated, engaged, and committed to working together to become successful.
